1. Weekly service includes: all chemicals to maintain (salt is not included) and sanitize the water, emptying of all filter baskets, skimming the water surface, brushing the walls, tile and vacuuming as needed.

2. In lieu of a fifth week charge, we are closed for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas weeks along with a floating week. We guarantee 48 visits per year. Your pool will be prepped to assure your water quality during the scheduled absence. We will provide advance notice of the floating week.

3. In extreme weather conditions full cleaning service will be adjusted to: chemical, baskets and equipment check. We will double up the cleaning on the next visit if weather permits.

4. If we cannot access the pool due to no fault of ours(dogs left out, gates locked etc) the service for that week is not credited and we will double up on the cleaning the next visit.

5. Payment for your service is due upon receipt of your invoice. Invoices are e-mailed on the first of the month. If payment is not received by the tenth, service may be suspended until the account is made current.

6. Proper filtration is essential to a clean, safe pool. We will adjust your pool filtration time and speed based on the season and your pool’s needs. Single cartridge filters and sand filters backwashes are included in the service. Other full size filters require at least 2 filter cleanings per year billed seperately.  

7. Trees and plants should be trimmed away from the pool area and all animal droppings should be picked up by the day of service. Pool and equipment area must be clear of debris and pool toys, floats, etc. If you have a pool cover, it must be removed on your service day. Due to insurance requirements, we cannot re-install pool covers.

8. Mottling of the plaster in your pool is a frequent and normal occurrence in plaster pools. Mottling is considered different colorations of white plaster with no apparent pattern and also may appear as a blotch, spot or streaks. It is often more pronounced in colored plaster. This is something that is beyond our control and is not warranted by us.

9. Equipment not supplied by Swim Ready Pool Service will not be warranted by us.
This includes labor and materials.

10. Please notify us if you will not be at home for an extended period of time or if you are planning a pool party with more than usual activity so that we can adequately prepare your pool to keep it swim ready.
